Coping statements — fifty across the three designs. Seventeen for anxiety, seventeen for depression, sixteen grounding statements. Every one is listed in full on each puzzle’s page; the artwork on the puzzles page shows how they sit in the pieces.
Where do the statements come from?
They’re drawn from standard Cognitive behavioral therapy — a widely used, evidence-based approach that works on the link between thoughts, feelings, and actions. and Dialectical behavior therapy — an approach built around practical skills for handling intense emotions and staying present. practice — cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy, the most widely used evidence-based approaches. Is this a substitute for therapy?
No. Plainly: therapuzzle is not treatment, and it isn’t a replacement for a therapist, medication, or crisis support. It’s a quiet activity that keeps good language nearby. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 (US).
How big are the puzzles?
500 pieces, 20 × 27.5 inches (50 × 70 cm), cut from 2.2 mm blue chipboard with a matte finish. A poster of the artwork is included in every box.
Is it okay to give as a gift to someone who's struggling?
That’s most of why people buy it. It says “I’m thinking about you” without making it a whole conversation — and it gives them something to do with their hands that isn’t a screen.
